Planning guides, budget frameworks, and downloadable materials provided on this site are made available free of charge for use by municipalities, designers, and other professionals evaluating dog playground projects. They may not be redistributed commercially or repackaged as the work of another supplier.

All equipment orders are subject to a separate written quotation and order acknowledgement which together form the binding commercial agreement. Lead times, payment terms, and warranties are set in that document. The descriptions on this site are indicative.

Park.dog equipment is supplied with a 10-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects, conditional on installation by a qualified contractor and adherence to the documented maintenance schedule. Surface coatings are covered for 5 years.

Park.dog is responsible for the integrity of supplied equipment installed and maintained according to our specification. We are not liable for misuse, alterations made after installation, or damages arising from third-party modifications. Liability for any one claim is limited to the value of the equipment supplied under the relevant order.

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be referred to the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
